Shipping Policies

ModernoPC.Com ships exclusively using Corporate Account with Poslaju
Malaysia Courier, Pos Malaysia Parcel Service and GD Express (GDEX) courier
service. Please note that Poslaju Malaysia, Pos Malaysia Parcel Service & GD
Express (GDEX) can not deliver to P.O. BOXES.

Our priority stated that all completed orders will be shipped out less than
24 hours after an order has been placed. We do not do shipping on weekends
and holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped out on the
following Monday. For certain times due to high order volume or temporary
stocks shortage, the order might take slightly longer than the 24 hour
processing time. The shortage of stocks sometimes do occur as we also do
serve walk-in purchase at our store. We will surely notified you via e-mails
/ or phone call immediately if orders are delayed for those stated reason.

Once an order has been successfully shipped via Poslaju Malaysia / GD
Express (GDEX) courier, we will notify the tracking number of the parcels
via email.

For Courier Delivery Method

For Courier
Delivery Method, orders and payments placed after 2pm will be shipped the
following day to make ready for items packaging and delivery time. An email
regarding this order and courier tracking number will be sent to registered
e-mail account once the order has been delivered. All Poslaju and GDEX
shipments are insured so, if there is any damage during shipping, email or
call us immediately so we can process the insurance claim. If you accept and
sign for a damaged box or packaging, it's your liability. If the box doesn't
look good, then don't sign for it until you have inspected the contents.

If there are
any problems processing your order (e.g., payment, processing, stocks
shortage) we will send an email notification / phone calls and the order may
be held until a response is received. We will make every effort to ship your
order out as quickly as possible once all things are good.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) / Self Collect Transaction Method

Item must be collected 1 day
from the date of invoice and ordering. Otherwise orders will be forfeited.

collecting the items.

Only cash /
credit card payment will be accepted.

We also
welcomed walk-in purchase at our store and kindly please call us first for
stocks inquiry checking so that we can prepare the stocks in advanced.

International Orders
- We only accept
orders directly from the shopping cart. In order for us to ship
internationally you must check-out through the cart and be able to pay via
PayPal to
complete payment. Kindly please do note that there will be extra
6% International Service Fees
incurred to the total order.
This fee will be included automatically during order check-out stage. We
only offer shipping via EMS, GD Express, FEDEX and Asia Express.
- At this stage
we're only be able to ship to ASEAN countries nearby like Singapore,
Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei. We will expand and add more shipping
destinations in the future. If you like to place an order and your country
is not listed in our shipping destinations, kindly please contact us for
further inquiries.
Please note that there are certain countries we will not ship to regardless
of payment. Please contact us first if you have any questions relating to
that.
Shortages
- Kindly please contact us within 48 hours
(not including weekends) of any shortages in an order (including official
invoice / receipt, refund balance note etc).
Product Returns /
Warranty Claims

All items carries full 1 - 6 years warranty (varies depending on product &
brands) with first 7 days 1-1 product exchange for defects items.
No exchanges for one to one product
replacement, will be accepted past our 7-day warranty. Our warranty
covers from the start date of purchase and any purchased items / products
can only be returned for warranty purpose. Kindly please check the products
compatibility / requirement before purchasing.
Goods sold are non-refundable or
exchangeable.

To initiate a return or replacement for a defective product, kindly please
sent an email to us : sales@modernopc.com
so that we can issue you a directive order
on sending back the items for warranty claims / replacement. Please
do note that back & forth return shipping
fees is fully bourned by the customer. We will notify you via Phone
calls once your warranty claims is done and advice you on the return
shipping fee.

Kindly please fill-in the Product Return Form and enclosed it together with
the original purchase receipt when sending back the items via courier /
postage.

Water cooling related products will not be accepted back once sold. If the
item is defective it will be exchanged during the warranty period for the
exact same item. Items that require modification before they can be used
will not be accepted back once sold. Sound Dampening material that has to be
cut before it can be installed would be an example. Items described on the
website as not being eligible for return or refund.
Defective Items Upon Arrival/ Purchase
- If
you have received a defective product upon arrival / purchase from
Modernopc.Com upon via courier / postage, you may return it to obtain a
credit, exchange, or refund (if no immediate replacement stocks available)
excluding shipping. DOA or defective
products must be reported to us within 48 hours (based on Delivery
Confirmation) of receiving /purchasing the products.

However any manufacturer defects upon
arrival of the ordered items will be treated as RMA Cases and and we
will initiate 1-1 product change policy
if report is made to us in the first 48
hours via e-mail / phone. Most of the items are factory QC checked
and it will be sent exactly in it's original sealed box packaging as the way
we received it from the manufacturer / distributor.
- Any
manufacturer defects and warranty claims occurred after this period will
follow standard warranty claim procedure.
Limitation of
Liability

All products sold on this website are to be used at your own risk. Under no
circumstances is ModernoPC.Com
liable for the following: (1) Third Party claims against you for damages;
(2) personal injury, loss of or damage to your records, data, or equipment;
(3) economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or
lost savings), or incidental damages even if we are informed of their
possibility.
